You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 9kiss. Identity and age verification is mandatory before any deposit or gameplay is permitted. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately closed.
Each player may hold only one active 9kiss account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All 9kiss bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. General bonus wagering is 25x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
All transactions on 9kiss are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal is RM50 unless otherwise stated.

1.4 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between an English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
3.1 Age Requirement. The 9kiss Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. 9kiss will verify your age and identity before your Account is activated for deposits or gameplay. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Verification. As part of the registration process and at any time thereafter, 9kiss may request documentation to verify your identity, age, residential address, and source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of your Account and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3.3 Eligibility Restrictions. You may not register or use 9kiss if you are: (a) under 21 years of age; (b) a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited; (c) registered on any self-exclusion database applicable to online gaming platforms; (d) an employee, consultant, or direct family member of 9kiss or any of its licensed gaming providers; or (e) accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic access controls.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. 9kiss is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate account information provided by you.
3.5 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active 9kiss Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances held therein.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9kiss username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. 9kiss will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4.2 You must notify 9kiss support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected breach of your security credentials.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all Accounts. 9kiss may, at its discretion, require 2FA for certain account actions including but not limited to withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.
4.4 Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 9kiss will make reasonable efforts to notify you before applying any dormant account administration fee. The applicable dormant fee will be published in the FAQ section of the Platform.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the 9kiss Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 9kiss does not charge foreign exchange fees, but Players using payment methods that involve currency conversion may incur charges imposed by their payment provider.
5.2 Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX (all participating Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and others), Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits for each method are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. 9kiss processes approved withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours. Requests may take longer if additional verification is required.
5.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless a lower minimum is explicitly stated on the withdrawal page for a specific payment method. 9kiss reserves the right to apply reasonable maximum daily withdrawal limits, which will be disclosed in the Account settings.
5.5 9kiss reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that triggers internal anti-money laundering (AML) controls. During such review, funds may be temporarily held. 9kiss will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the Player via the Account email address on file.
5.6 All Player funds are held separately from 9kiss operational funds to protect Player Balances. This separation of funds does not constitute a trust arrangement but is maintained as an operational safeguard.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 9kiss are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms communicated in the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail over these General Bonus Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, Bonus Funds are subject to a twenty-five times (25x) wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount credited. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games typically contribute 20%. Table games and sportsbook bets may contribute at lower rates. Specific contribution rates are published on the 9kiss Rewards and promotions pages.
6.4 Bonus Validity. Bonus Funds not used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
6.5 9kiss reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) bonus abuse including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements; or (c) any fraudulent activity.
6.6 Players may opt out of bonuses at any time via their Account settings. Once a bonus has been accepted and Bonus Funds credited, the bonus cannot be cancelled retroactively, but the Player may forfeit remaining Bonus Funds via Account settings.
7.1 All games available on the 9kiss Platform — including slots, live casino titles, RNG table games, and sportsbook markets — are governed by their individual game rules as published within each game interface or market description. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing bets.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction, 9kiss reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a documented malfunction are not valid and may be reclaimed.
7.3 Prohibited Conduct. Players are strictly prohibited from: (a) using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play or interact with any 9kiss game or service; (b) exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities; (c) engaging in collusion with other Players; (d) using any strategy that 9kiss reasonably determines constitutes an unfair exploitation of bonus terms; or (e) engaging in match-fixing, syndicate betting, or any conduct designed to manipulate market outcomes.
7.4 9kiss employs real-time monitoring and risk management tools. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.
8.1 9kiss is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered Players via the Account dashboard:
8.2 Players who self-exclude will be removed from all 9kiss marketing communications immediately. 9kiss will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent self-excluded Players from re-registering during the exclusion period.

9.2 The 9kiss name, logo, and brand marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of 9kiss branding is prohibited and may result in legal action.
10.1 9kiss collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 9kiss implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect Player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
10.3 9kiss may share Player data with licensed gaming providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or to fulfil AML obligations.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9kiss shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from reliance on information on the Platform; (d) service interruptions, technical faults, or third-party failures beyond 9kiss's reasonable control.
11.2 9kiss's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 9kiss's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.
12.1 9kiss may suspend or terminate a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) there is a material breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed; (c) required by law enforcement or regulatory authority; or (d) the account is found to be held by a person under 21 years of age.
12.2 Upon termination, 9kiss will settle any confirmed real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the Player's verified payment method, subject to any applicable investigations or legal holds.
12.3 A Player may close their own Account at any time by contacting 9kiss support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any legal obligations owed by either party that arose prior to closure.
13.1 In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, account transaction, or any other matter arising from use of the 9kiss Platform, the Player should first raise the complaint through the 9kiss support live chat or via email to the contact address on this page.
13.2 9kiss will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, 9kiss will keep the Player informed of progress.
13.3 If a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may seek recourse through any applicable dispute resolution mechanism provided under the international gaming authority framework under which 9kiss operates.
13.4 In all cases, 9kiss's game server logs and records shall constitute the definitive reference for resolving disputes relating to game outcomes and transaction amounts.
14.1 9kiss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory authority.
14.2 The most current version of these Terms is always available at 9kiss.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.
15.1 These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 9kiss holds its operating authority.
15.2 Players access the 9kiss Platform voluntarily and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
